What if I’m not satisfied with my purchase?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy, you can contact us within 30 days of delivery for a return or refund. Simply email us at info@lampasa.com, and we'll assist you with the process.

Which payment methods are accepted?

We offer secure payment options, including credit cards, debit cards, PayPal, and popular local methods like iDEAL and Bancontact. Select the option that suits you best.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. Please note that some items may be shipped separately, depending on the supplier. You can also track your order anytime on our Track Order page.

I entered the wrong shipping address. What should I do?

If you made a mistake with your order, please contact us within 10 hours at info@lampasa.com. We’ll do our best to update your shipping details before the order is processed. Once the order has shipped, changes can no longer be made due to courier policies and privacy regulations.

What does the three color light option mean?

This three-color lighting lets you easily switch between warm white, cool white, and natural white using your standard wall switch. It's a versatile way to set the perfect mood with just one fixture.

What is an RGB light?

An RGB light combines red, green, and blue LEDs to produce a full range of colors. These lights are ideal for creating vibrant and customizable lighting environments.

What is stepless dimming?

Stepless dimming lets you adjust the brightness smoothly and continuously, offering full control over your lighting without fixed steps.

What is a dimmable light?

A dimmable light lets you adjust both brightness and color temperature, so you can switch from soft warm tones to bright cool whites depending on your preferences.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Changes or cancellations can be made within 5 hours of placing your order. Please email us at info@lampasa.com as soon as possible. After 5 hours, the order may already be in production or shipping.

My order isn’t complete!

Some items may ship from different warehouses or suppliers, so your deliveries may arrive separately. If anything is missing, please contact us, and we'll ensure it reaches you safely.

How long does it take to process an order?

Most orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days. You'll receive a confirmation once your package is on its way.

Can I personalize my product?

We offer free adjustments for items like suspension rod or cable length. Simply leave a note during checkout or email us after placing your order. For custom sizes or colors, bulk personalization is available for orders of 10 units or more, with additional production time required.

My product arrived damaged!

We carefully package every item, but if your product arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Send your order number and a photo or video of the damaged item to info@lampasa.com, and we'll send a free replacement immediately.

My product stopped working within the warranty period!

Although rare, technical issues can occur. All our products come with a 5-year warranty. If your item stops working, send us your order number and a short video showing the issue. If it's covered by the warranty, we'll arrange a free replacement.

How are refunds processed?

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll process a refund to your original payment method. The refund typically appears in your account within 1 to 3 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
