What Can Be Returned?

Return Shipping & Labels
If your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label or return address, along with clear instructions. Please note that returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Refunds & Processing Time
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you if it meets the return conditions. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 business days. You will also receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed.

Damaged or Faulty Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If any item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will resolve the issue promptly and ensure you are fully satisfied.
If you are unable to inspect the item right away due to installation planning, please still let us know within 48 hours of receiving the order so we can note the delay.
